This site is built from the repository root README, subproject README files, and the authored markdown under docs/.

The first pass keeps the structure opinionated but simple:

• Getting Started covers local development, testing, migrations, deployment, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Architecture groups ADRs and higher-level platform design notes.
• Imaging captures slide ingestion and image-processing documentation.
• Annotations and Components surface package-level integration guides from subproject README files.
• Diagrams keeps the Mermaid source docs available in the Hugo site.

Use search to jump directly to a topic when you already know the component or workflow name.
